Internships
As a core component of the College of Charleston's arts management curriculum, all majors are required to successfully complete a 120-hour (3 credit) internship during their junior or senior year. A credit-worthy internship includes working 120 hours over the course of a full semester at an arts-oriented organization. Students may complete a for-credit internship during the fall, spring, or summer semesters. Internships are arranged individually according to student needs, career goals, and skills.

Important Dates:
Summer 2023 DocuSign Packet Deadline: Rolling until June 30, 2023
A student may not begin an internship for course credit until they are enrolled in the internship course. See Student Internship Guide for details, eligibility, and procedures.
Fall 2023 DocuSign Packet Deadline: August 28, 2023
Spring 2024 DocuSign Packet Deadline: January 17, 2024
